Graham is a former Royal Navy Engineer, Diver and has been Chair of Runcorn Locks Restoration Society since 2016.

David Steele
David is Chartered Mechanical Engineer (CEng) and Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (MIMechE). In his working life he held a number of managerial roles in the nuclear industry. David is the Technical Lead for the charity.
Susan Stapleton
Susan is the Membership Secretary and was born and bred in Runcorn. She remembers the sadness as a child in witnessing the locks being filled in, which is why she joined this project.
